PARTY PACKAGE POLICIES
TREEHIVE requires a $100 non-refundable deposit in order to reserve your party date and time. If for any reason you need to reschedule, TREEHIVE will be glad to transfer your deposit to the new date. The remainder of the party balance is due on the day of your party.
You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, cake, etc., but we are unable to store refrigerated or frozen items in our kitchen.
TREEHIVE welcomes you to come as early as 30 minutes before your scheduled party time to set up, decorate, etc. Our party assistants will be there to assist you. Our staff will also assist you in cleaning up your belongings and any food or drinks you bring and will take care of the after-party clean up. We ask that you have your guests along with your personal belongings out of the café within 30 minutes after your scheduled party time. Additional party time may be pre-purchased at the rate of $50 per 30 minutes if you believe the scheduled party time is not going to be sufficient for you.
Your guests’ coffee drinks can be purchased by your guests individually or purchased by you at party completion with the use of an open tab.
TREEHIVE is an alcohol free facility.
There is absolutely no food, drinks, or shoes permitted in our playroom.
